Max Doleh is the CEO of several software based technology companies with offices both in the U.S. and overseas. Focused on Quality Management, Continual Improvement, and increasing company morale through employer loyalty and recognition, Mr. Doleh has always maintained the principles of Lean Six Sigma in his businesses.

Max Doleh holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Oklahoma State University as well as a M.B.A. from Oklahoma City University’s Meinders School of Business. He launched his first successful company while still an undergraduate student at OSU and today one of Mr. Doleh’s companies Sigma Blood Systems hosts software that manages quality control processes for more than 35% of the blood donated in the United States today.
