Early Registration Gifts

Early Registration Deadline: February 5, 2010.

Early registration gifts are available only by phone, fax, or mail, and not available by
      online registration.

Now, you can receive one Early Registration Gift for each conference!

This year, each exhibitor who registers early is entitled to one Early Registration Gift per booth.

To qualify for the Early Registration Gift, you must use the registration code
      “AQI2010” and your payment must be received in full by the Early Registration deadline.

Choice of Early Registration Gifts are:

If you register to only one conference, either the ISO 9000 or the Lean & Six Sigma, you may select one of the following:

• Digital Photo Frame (7” or higher)
• USB Flash Drive (16 GB or higher)
• iPod Shuffle
• An after 2 PM convention ticket to Disney or Universal Parks
• A $50 gift certificate to be used at the ASQ Booth

If you register to both conferences, you may either select one Early Registration gift for each conference from the list above, or you may select one of the following gifts instead of two separate gifts.

• GPS
• Portable External Hard Drive (250 GB or higher)
• Digital Camera (8 MP or higher)

The Conference provides an Early Registration Gift because your early registration gives us the ability to estimate the number of attendees in advance. This results in cost savings. Additionally, registration by phone or mail does not carry the high transaction fees applicable to on-line registrations over the web. We pass on these savings to you in the form of an Early Registration Gift. There is a $15 shipping & handling fee for gifts other than park tickets or gift certificates.

Park tickets and the ASQ gift certificates will be available during on-site registration. All other items will be shipped to the address provided on your conference Registration Form within four weeks after the conference.
