Mary McDonald is a seasoned QMS/EMS professional who is laser focused on improving systems and processes to make it easier to deliver products and services that exceed customer expectations. Ms. McDonald holds a BS in Environmental Engineering and a MS in Industrial Administration, as well as several industry certifications and accolades. She has led McDonald Consulting Group for over 25 years, providing support to clients implementing integrated systems, streamlining processes, increasing customer satisfaction - all while having fun! Mary lives in Austin with her husband and rescue dog - twelve pounds of terror (she thinks she's a Doberman - we think she's a poodle mix) named Lucy Boots. |
